Wright & McGill Teams with Skeet Reese on New Rod Series

Classic Champion and Angler of the Year, Skeet Reese, has teamed with legendary rod builder, Wright & McGill, to introduce a new line of signature bass rods.  The new series, called the Tessera, combines the competitive needs of one of the most accomplished bass anglers with the technological expertise of one of the best known and trusted manufacturers.

The key to this eight rod series is the blank construction.  It utilizes their exclusive S-Curve technology that combines T-Glass with high density graphite as the core of the blank.  It is further improved by weaving PBO and glass fibers into the combination of T-Glass and graphite.  The result is an extremely strong but light blank that maintains optimum actins for their specific applications.

There are eight specialty rods, from Drop Shot/Split shot to Swimbait/Carolina Rig models and all you need in-between.  In addition to the excellent finish and craftsmanship, the affordable price range, $89-$99 retail, puts this rod series at the top of my list.

For a full listing of the series, go to www.wright-mcgill.com.
